It does not apply if the damage has resulted from misuse (used as a ninja throwing star) or neglect, or if you have changed your mind.

1. In the event that your piece of jewelry is defective when you receive it and you report it to us within 14 days.
2. In the event that your jewelry breaks within the entire warranty period due to a manufacturing defect.
