At the moment we deliver free of charge & climate-neutrally to all countries in the world with DHL within 1-3 working days and tracking.
Can I have my order sent to a Packstation?
Yes , shipping to a Packstation is possible. Do not forget to enter your customer number and your packing station number here.

How do I get a returns label?
You can easily request a free return label in your user account. Here you log in with your email address from your order.
In what period can I return my product?
You can return your product to us within 30 days of receipt .
I don't like my order, what now?
No problem. Write us a short message to hello@crbncncpt.com and we will take care of a free return label for you.
I received a defective product, what now?
We're sorry! Please send us a short message with your order number & defect to: hello@crbncncpt.com
We will immediately take care of a free replacement or a free return label for you.
How & when do I get my money back?
The refund will be made as you paid us and usually takes 3-5 working days after receipt of your return.
